We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations, in accordance with Article 5(1)(e) GDPR and Article 6/4 of Law No. 9887 dated 10.03.2008 (as amended).

The personal data will be stored in paper and/or electronic form and for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they have been collected in compliance with current legal regulations. The retention period depends on the type of data and the purpose of processing. For marketing purposes, we process your data, according to the consent you have provided, for a maximum period equal to that required by the applicable legislation.

Personal data used for analytics, performance monitoring, and product development may be retained in an aggregated or anonymized form, which cannot be used to identify individuals. These records are used exclusively for internal purposes and are not subject to deletion or export rights as they do not qualify as personal data under GDPR provisions.
